I lead creative direction on a re-skin of Goodwill’s annual Halloween website with involvement in ideation, wire-framing, and design. Keeping close to their existing style by request and with accessibility in mind, I took opportunities in animation and interaction to bring the page to life with features such as a zombie hand that is controlled by your phone’s gyroscope.
Since it launched in the beginning of September 2018, the page surpassed the clients goal of 60,000 unique page-views by the beginning of October and had a peak of 3.7k viewers in a single day. It is the highest amount of traffic along with the least amount of bounce-rate the page has seen since it was introduced 4 years ago.
