Dormify
During my time at HZ, I became an Art Director for Dormify, a brand with a goal of giving style-minded college students an easy way to decorate their dorm. In my four year span, I directed a brand overhaul, lead design on a complete redesign of their e-commerce site, designed a mobile app and art directed seasonal sale campaigns.
When working on the redesign, my team and I set out to create a web-experience that was “too easy to shop”, utilizing a UI that enables shop-ability from any page. Just 4 months after the site launched, sales had reached over $4 million dollars — a staggering 95% increase compared to the previous year. In addition, the total number of orders went up 76%, checkout conversion rates up 40% and online store sessions up 39%.
